Famiware primarily offers dinnerware, tableware, servingware, drinkware, kitchen accessories, and other dining-related products, with our primary market being customers located in the United States.

Famiware's online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and related technology that enables us to offer our Services.

However, unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made through the Famiware store are transactions between you and HOMEPORT LIMITED, doing business as Famiware.

Shopify is not the seller of Famiware products merely because Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used by our store.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising solely from:

The manufacture of Famiware products;
Product descriptions provided by Famiware;
